Aperol Spritz
A classic that brings warms and perfectly matches with the sunny weather
Steps:
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add 45 ml of Aperol, 145 ml of Prosecco and top with sparkling water to remove the bitterness
Garnish with orange wedge
Stir well and enjoy!
Mimosa
This fresh and juicy, light aperitif is perfect for spring and summer!
Steps:
Cool down all ingredients and champagne glass
In a separate glass mix 75 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice and 75 ml of sparkling wine
Pour the mixture in the serving glass
Enjoy!
Sangria
Spanish classic which is so comforting and tasty
Steps:
Chop or slice all fruits (orange, lime and lemon advices, apples and berries can also be used)
Pour a bottle of red Spanish wine and 280 ml of orange juice into the pot
Mix well and add ice
Pour into glasses and serve to your guests!

Steps:
Start by preparing the peach puree by blending peeled white peaches
Chill peach puree and prosecco in the fridge
Mix 45 ml of peach puree and 150 ml of. prosecco and add 1 tea spoon of lemon juice and simple syrup for more flavor (can be optional)
Pour into a serving glass and enjoy

Steps:
Chill all ingredients in the fridge
Mix 150 ml of champagne and 1 table spoon crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) together in a champagne glass

Steps:
Run a wedge of lime along the rim of the glass and dip into salt
Mix 45 ml tequila, 20 ml of passion fruit liqueur, 15 ml of fresh lime juice and 15 ml Gran Gala Triple orange liqueur together and shake well using shaker, or just stir well
Pour into a serving glass
